发展农地适度规模经营,实现土地资源优化配置

摘　　要：本文通过对规模经营的经济学分析和现实论证,提出适度规模经营才能实现农村土地资源的优化配置,并论述如何采取制度措施推进适度规模经营。Through economic analysis and of large-scale farmland management,this paper put forward that moderate large-scale management will help to achieve optimal allocation of rural land resources’.Meanwhile,this paper also suggests some feasible policy measures to promote the moderate large-scale management system.
