摘　　要：根据林木种子生产经营的特殊性,分析张家口地区林木种子生产经营许可现状,指出林木种子生产经营行政许可中存在的问题,针对市场准入、后期市场监管等方面进行探讨并提出相应对策.Based on The implementation of administrative licensing system on tree seed production and operation status of in Zhangjiakou Region,we pointed out the existing problems in the tree seed production and operation of the administrative licensing,explore and propose countermeasures aim at market access,post-market regulation,etc.
