摘　　要：为规范管理,做好电能量值传递和量值溯源工作,提高电能计量检定工作质量,组织陕西省电力公司所属10个电能计量中心进行测量用互感器的能力验证比对活动,对互感器电流和电压2个参数进行了比对测量,并对比对结果进行分析,采用统计量En值对10个实验室能力进行评价,10个实验室En值均介于95%～99%之间,超过80%的最低要求,比对结果满意。In order to improve energy value transfer, quantity traceability, quality of energy measurement verification, 10 energy metering centers under Shaanxi Electric Power Corporation are organized to conduct capability validation ＆ contrast analysis. The two transformer parameters of current ＆ voltage are compared, and the result is analyzed. The above 10 labs is evaluated with the value of En. The En of above 10 labs is between 95%-99%, has exceeded the lowest requirement of 80%, the contrast result is satisfactory..
