摘　　要：闭环控制系统是基于反馈原理建立的自动控制系统。"闭环控制"模式下的大学生就业指导体系由教育者、受教育者、信息反馈三部分组成。其中教育者处在一个至关重要的"控制器"的位置,建立一支数量充足、结构合理、具有专业素养的就业指导教师队伍是其关键。实现分年级指导,建立和完善学生反馈、工作反馈、网络反馈、社会反馈的信息反馈系统是这一体系的重要组成部分。Closed--loop control system is an automatic control system based on feedback principle. College career guidance system under the mode of closed--loop control consists of three parts： the educator, the educatee and information feedback. Since the educator plays the vital role of the ＂control- ler＂, the key to such a system is a guiding team sufficient in quantity, rational in structure and professionally literate. It＇s important to offer specific grade--level guidance and to establish a system of information feedback including feedback from students, work, the Internet and from society.
