德国高校学生事务管理特色及启示

摘　　要：德国高校学生事务管理的最大特色是学生的自主管理,学生可以参与学生事务的管理和决策,在管理机构中担任一定的职务。德国大学的学生议会是完全独立的学生组织,与学校的关系是平等的。这启示我们,在高校学生工作中应树立以学生为本,以服务促发展的管理理念,改善学生管理机构,进一步提高学生事务管理效率,不断提高学生在学校事务管理决策中的影响。The most distinguishing feature of student affairs management in German universities is students＂ self--management. Universities students in German can participate in managing student af- fairs and making decisions and even hold posts in administrative organizations. The Student Parlia- ment is completely independent of the university and has an equal status. This enlightens us that student work must be student--oriented and strive for development with quality service. Universities in China should make efforts to improve administrative organizations, raise efficiency and constantly increase students＂ involvement in student affairs management.
