摘 要:以城市垃圾焚烧(MSWI)飞灰为主要原料,在实验室成功烧制了阿利尼特水泥熟料,研究了研制的阿利尼特水泥熟料与石膏及混合材的适应性。结果表明,阿利尼特水泥宜添加石膏作为激发剂,适宜掺量为5%;阿利尼特矿物水化很快,可能是其早期强度的主要来源,具有开发为一种快硬水泥的潜能。MSWI飞灰和矿渣粉适宜用作阿利尼特水泥的混合材,试样AB3(阿利尼特水泥熟料80%+石膏5%+MSWI飞灰15%)和试样AD3(阿利尼特水泥熟料80%+石膏5%+矿渣粉15%)为较适宜比例。Municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) fly ash was successfully used as a main raw material in sintering and preparing an alinite cement clinker in laboratory. Adaptability of gypsum and cement additives mixed with this clinker was studied. The results showed that it was suitable to add gypsum as activator in alinite cement and the proper content was 5%. Hydration of alinite mineral was fast which resulted in a high early strength. This composite alinite cement could be used as type of rapid hardening cement. MSWI fly ash and slag powder were suitable to use as cement additives in alinite cement. Specimen AB3 (i.e. Alinite cement clinker 80%+gypsum 5%+MSWI fly ash 15%) and specimen AD3 (i.e. Alinite cement clinker 80%+gypsum 5%+slag powder 15%) were the optimum mix ratios.
