摘 要:研究了石墨、炭黑替代碳纤维对水泥净浆电阻率的影响,并通过SEN对其导电机理进行了微观分析。结果表明,石墨、炭黑分别替代10%、25%、40%、50%和60%的碳纤维时,水泥净浆的电阻率呈现波浪式变化,石墨最优替代比例约为40%,炭黑的最优替代比例为25%~40%;碳纤维掺量为1.0%时,碳纤维在水泥基材料中相互搭接形成良好的导电网络:石墨、炭黑适量替代碳纤维,可改善水泥净浆的导电性能,且碳系导电材料自身没有发生变化。Effect of graphite and carbon black replacing carbon fiber on the electrical resistivity of cement paste was investi- gated. The microstructure of cement paste with carbon-conductive materials was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the electrical resistivity of cement paste appeared repeatedly change,when replacing carbon fiber by graphite and carbon black in cement paste,the replacing ratio was 10%,25%,40%,50% and 60%. When graphite and carbon black solely replaced carbon fiber respectively,the optimal value of replacing ratio was about 40% and between 25% and 40%. The carbon fiber overlapped with each other and formed great conductive net in cement paste when the carbon fiber dosage is 1.0%. With ap- propriate replacing ratio, graphite and carbon black can improve the conductivity of cement paste and carbon-based conductive ma- terials themselves has no change.
