摘　　要：介绍了高聚物改性沥青防水卷材的基本性质、特点及其在实际防水工程中的应用情况,通过整理国内高聚物改性沥青防水卷材专利技术,对其专利技术在原材料选用、结构构造的选型和施工方法上的改进进行了详细的比较说明,重点阐述了上述几个方面的专利技术特点,并对专利技术的发展趋势做出总结及预测。This article mainly describes the basic properties,feature of polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane and its application condition in the actual waterproofing works. By sorting out China＇s domestic polymer modified bitumen membrane patented technology after reform and opening,we give a detailed comparison and description of its patented technology improve- ments on the selection of raw nmterials,structures selection and construction methods,and we focus on the technical characteristics of the patent, besides we make a summary and forecast the development trend of the patented technology.
