摘  要:含氟聚氨酯是一种具有特殊功能的高分子材料,将含氟基团引入聚氨酯,既可以结合聚氨酯优异的机械性能和两相微结构特征,又能改善聚氨酯的表面性能和整体性能,赋予材料优异的热稳定性、化学惰性、生物相容性、憎水憎油和抗粘附特性等,因此含氟聚氨酯在医药、涂料、皮革装饰和纺织工业都有很好的应用前景。本文综述了近年来采用含氟异氰酸酯、含氟一元醇和多元醇、含氟扩链剂和含氟丙烯酸酯等制备含氟聚氨酯的研究进展,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。Fluorinated polyurethane is a polymer material with special functions. Introduce the fluorine-containing group into the polyurethane not only can combine with the excellent mechanical properties and the two-phase microstructure, but also improve the surface properties and overall performance, give the material excellent in thermal stability, chemical inertness, biocompatibility, hydrophobic, oleophobic, and anti-adhesion properties. So it has good application prospect in pharmaceuticals, paints, leather upholstery, textile industry. This paper reviews the recent years the use of fluorinated isocyanate, fluorinated monohydric alcohols and polyols, fluorinated chain extender and a fluorine-containing acrylate research progress of the preparation of fluorinated polyurethane. Moreover, the future developments of the study of fluorinated polyurethane were also prospected.
