摘　　要：文章首先阐述了大部制改革背景下整合政府信息资源的基本思路——政府信息资源共享,然后从大部制改革背景下政府信息资源共享视角出发,结合现阶段我国电子政务建设中存在的障碍有针对性地从电子政务推进动力机制、电子政务推进机制总体框架设计、电子政务信息资源共享制度框架三个方面探索借助电子政务实现政府信息资源共享的途径,最后从上述三个角度提出推进电子政务实现政府信息资源共享的对策建议。In this paper we firstly describe the basic ideas of integration of government information resources under the background of super ministry system： government information resources sharing. And then from the perspective of government information resources sharing under the super ministry system, and based on the obstacle of China e-government construction at the present stage, we try to explore the ways to realize information sharing by the means of e-government, from three re- spects： the advance mechanism, the dynamic mechanism of e-government, and the government information sharing system. At last we put forward countermeasures and suq.qestions from the above three aspects.
