摘  要:牛精液进行冷冻处理,利用不同初冻方法,对比精子活力效果。熏蒸时间分为6、8、10min3个试验组合,采用常规牛冻精稀释液配方。试验结果:熏蒸时间6、8、10min 3个试验组精子活力分别为0.286±0.0353、0.351±0.0326和0.319±0.0307,其中试验2组最高,试验3组次之,试验1组最低。精子顶体完整率分别为37.83﹑46.36和42.62,其中试验2组高于试验1组,其它组间比较差异不明显。畸形率分别为29.62﹑24.02和26.58,试验2组和试验3组间差异不显著,两组与试验1组相比差异均显著。试验表明,在熏蒸距离为2cm时,熏蒸时间控制在8min,其精液解冻后精子活力符合牛输精要求的国家标准。The study investigated the semen activity of using different initial freezing method. Three experimental groups of 6, 8 and 10 min fumigation time and normal bovine frozen semen dilution formula were adopted. The results indicated that se- men activities were 0. 286±0. 0353,0. 351:J=0. 0326 and 0. 319±0. 0307,group 2 showed the highest,the acrosome integrity rates were 37.83,46.36 and 42.62, group 2 was higher than group 1,the deformity rates were 29.62,24.02 and 26.58,there was no significant difference among them. To sum up, under the condition of the proper steaming distance of 2 cm and the prop- er steaming time of 8 min to 10 min,thawing quality and semen activity is in accordance with the scope of bovine semen.
