摘　　要：明确公共就业服务机构的设置原则、法定地位以及职能,对于加强我国公共就业服务体系建设、适应社会经济发展的需求具有重要意义。实践中,我国公共就业服务机构在名称的规范统一、职能确定以及信息化建设等方面存在问题。为加强公共就业服务机构建设,本文从以下方面做出探讨:规范机构名称,科学确定人员编制;明确公共就业服务机构职责;强化公共就业服务机构职业指导工作;鼓励社会力量的参与;加强基层平台建设;加强公共就业服务机构信息化。To confirm setting principle, legal position, and functions of public employment service agency is significant to rein- force the construction of public employment service system, and adapt to the need of social economic development. In practice, there exists some problems in the construction of public employment service agency such as no unificated name, uncertain function, and low--degree informatization. In order to strengthen the agency construction, this article puts forward the following suggestions： to specify the name of agency and scientifically ascertain its size of per- sonnel force; to make out the duty of agency; to strengthen the work of its occupational guidance; to encourage the participation of social forces; to strengthen the basic platform construction; and to strengthen the informatization of public employment service agency.
