摘　　要：科技创新平台是整合集聚科技资源、具有开放共享特征、支撑和服务于科学研究及技术开发活动的科技机构或组织,是全社会开展科学研究、技术开发活动的物质基础和重要保障。结合实际创新性地提出科技创新平台的内涵定位、功能特性和主要类型,总结主要进展成效和存在的问题,分析面临的形势需求,提出进一步推进科技创新平台建设的发展思考和若干工作建议。Science and technology innovation infrastructure is the material basis and important guarantee of scientific re search and technology development activities. The paper studies the connotation, functional properties and main types of science and technology innovation infrastructure, summarizes the major effectiveness and problems, analyses the present situation and the demand, and proposes some development and work suggestions on further promotion of science and tech nology innovation infrastructure.
