摘　　要：经济发展方式转变是海峡西岸经济区保持经济平衡较快增长的重要动力。海峡西岸经济区经济发展方式转变在产业结构优化、自主创新能力、节能减排、体制机制方面问题仍然很突出。阐述海西保持经济平衡较快增长的经济发展方式转变机理,认为海峡西岸经济区应运用优化产业结构、提高自主创新能力、发展循环经济、创新机制体制的措施来保持经济平衡较快增长,促进海峡西岸经济区经济发展方式的转变。Economic development mode change is the important power of keeping economic balance growing much faster in economic zone in west straits. The paper points out that the economic development mode change in west straits economic zone has many problems, for example, the industry structure optimization, the ability of independent innovation, energy conservation and emission reduction and system mechanism. It elaborates economic development mode transformation mech anism that the west straits economic zone keeps balance economic growth. The economic zone in west straits should apply these measures by optimizing the industrial structure, improving the capability of independent innovation, developing the circular economy, innovating institutional mechanisms to promote the change of the economic development mode in the eco nomic zone in west straits.
