机构引文索引在高校科研成果典藏管理中的应用

摘　　要：随着高校科技创新意识的增强和体制改革的深化,科研成果的数量和质量逐年提升,大量的科研成果以数字化的形式出现,这对传统的科研成果管理方法提出了挑战。提出将科研成果管理与机构典藏相结合,重点论述了机构引文索引理论基础、应用价值、重要性和可行性,籍此可以来开展针对特定机构的科研产出力、成果影响力、资源保障力等评价管理工作。With the developed consciousness of science and technology innovation and systemic reforms, a large number of scientific research are produced year by year, and a lot of scientific research results take the form of digital, so it is the challenge of the traditional scientific research management. It is proposed that combining scientific research achievements management with institutional repository, emphasis on the theoretical basis, value, importance and feasibility of institution citation index, can carry out research for evaluate management of a specific institution output power, influence outcomes and resource security forces.
