摘　　要：随着中国经济的转型升级,机械制造与零部件产业作为制造业的支撑,获得了私募股权投资的青睐。基于CVSource数据,对2011—2012年机械及零部件行业获得的股权投资结构特征进行分析测算,并分析私募股权投资对被投资企业的支持。With China economic transformation and upgrading, machine manufacturing and parts industry as a support of manufacturing industry have gained the attention of private equity investments. Based on the data from CVSource, the study analyzes and calculates the structural characteristics of equity investments which have invested the machine manufacturing and parts industry in 2011 and 2012. At the same time, the study analyzes the support given by the private equity invest- ments to the invested enterprises.
