摘  要:随着《海峡两岸经济合作框架协议》(ECFA)的签署,我国内地与台湾人力资源的合作越来越受到重视;同时内地经济发展迅速,人才需求量巨大,与台湾人才交流极为重要。阐明海峡两岸当前人力资源合作的现实状况,探究两岸人力资源的影响因素,采用SWOT分析法对两岸人力资源合作的优势、劣势、机会、威胁予以分析,最后提出应对策略和建议。推进两岸人力资源合作,对两岸人才交流具有重要意义,有利于促进内地人才素质提升,密切两岸经贸合作关系。With the signing of " Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement" (ECFA) , the cooperation of China's Mainland and Taiwan in human resources is getting more and more attention. Meanwhile, the mainland economic development is rapid, the demand for talents is huge, and the exchange of talents with Taiwan is extremely important. The paper illus trates the current reality of the cooperation between the two sides in human resource, exploring the factors which impact the cooperation of cross strait human resource, applying SWOT analysis on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of cross strait cooperation in human resources. Finally, coming up with strategies and recommendations to optimize the co operation between the two sides in human resources, the significance of cross strait personnel exchanges is reflected, which will facilitate the enhancement of quality of talents in mainland, make the relationships more closer in cross strait e conomic and trade cooperation.
