沙尔托海水库防渗帷幕灌浆试验效果分析

摘　　要：沙尔托海水库坝基防渗方案为帷幕灌浆,布设单排帷幕灌浆孔,分3序钻灌,采用孔口封闭、自上而下分段灌浆。对试验过程中获得的数据进行了"单位注入量与不同孔序之间的关系、灌前与灌后压水透水率值以及钻孔各段透水率值"共3个方面的统计分析,试验检测结果表明,地层经灌浆处理后渗透性能得到很大改善,岩体的完整性有很大提高,岩体透水率显著减小。Curtain grouting is designed for the seepage prevention of the dam foundation, Sartohai reservoir. The curtain grouting holes are arranged in a single row. The holes are drilled and grouted in sequence of three times. The grouting hole inlet is sealed and the holes are grouted from top 1o bottom by section. Data gained in the test is analyzed in accordance with the three aspects： relationship between unit injection quantity and different hole sequence, the pumping permeability rates before and after grouting, and the permeability rates of holes by section. The inspection results of the test prove that the permeability of the stratum after being grouted is largely improved, the rock integation is strengthened and the rock permeability is decreased obviously.
