摘　　要：沈阳医保在实施"三库两制一系统"基础管理体系中,处处为定点医疗机构着想,通过共享共建、沟通协调、平等相待等有效措施,赢得定点医疗机构的广泛参与和密切配合,取得了医保管理水平提升、参保人员医疗负担减轻、医疗机构经济效益和社会效益实现双升等多重效果,成为医保与医院联动共赢的范例之一。] Shenyang strengthens the supervision on medical institutions by established a set of new management system, which effectively regulates the acts of doctors and controls the excessive increase in medical costs.
