摘　　要：背景血源紧张及异体输血的并发症使得围术期血液保护策略的研究具有重要的临床意义。目的综述分析围术期血液保护研究相关文献，为围术期血液保护提供参考。内容综述近年来围术期血液保护策略，并分析其相关优缺点。趋向虽然近年来血液保护技术不断更新，但尚存不足，需要进一步深入研究。Background Shortage of allogeneic blood and the transfusion-related adverse events make it very important to study the strategy of perioperative blood conservation. Objective To overview the published literatures about perioperative blood conservation, thus to provide reference for clinician. Content Different methods of blood conservation nowadays is reviewed. Their advantages and defects are discussed also. Trend Despite the rapid development of advanced blood conservation techniques, advanced researches on them are needed as well.
