摘　　要：背景围绕心血管疾病患者手术围术期之血液保护有诸多研究。目的就心血管手术围术期血液保护进展作一综述。内容综述心血管手术输血指征及安全输血；围术期自体血液回输；自体血预充；血液稀释，血液麻醉等相关技术与方法。趋向综合运用多种血液保护方法已取得显著的社会与经济效益。但个体化的血液保护策略还需进一步探索。Background Many studies have been carried out on blood conservation in cadiovascular surgery. Objective To review the recent progress on the perioperative blood conservation of cardiovascular surgery. Content This article reviews some skills and methods about transfusion indications and safety, perioperative autotransfusion, autologous priming, hemodilution and blood anesthesia. Trend Integrated application of various blood conservation methods have achieved remarkable social and economic benefits. However, individualized blood conservation strategies need further researches.
