加氢裂化催化剂湿法硫化的应用及效果

摘　　要：以中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司芳烃部1.5 Mt/a加氢裂化装置为例,介绍了加氢裂化催化剂在开车过程中的湿法硫化过程,并对湿法硫化后催化剂的活性、选择性以及产品质量进行了分析。结果表明:在原料性质较差的条件下,湿法硫化后的催化剂不仅具有较高的活性和选择性,而且使用该催化剂后产品质量也得以提高。Taking the 1.5 Mt/a hydrocracking plant in Co. ,Ltd. as example, the wet sulfuration process Aromatics Division of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical for hydrocracking catalyst in the starting procedure was introduced,and the activity, selectivity and product quality of catalyst after wet sulfuration were analyzed. Result showed that under the condition of inferior raw material properties, the catalyst after wet sulfuration had high activity and selectivity, moreover, the product quality was promoted after using the catalyst.
