摘　　要：利用现有的聚乙烯/聚丙烯复合短纤维生产线和浆粕气流成网非织造布生产线,研究了复合比、复合结构和添加剂对纤维的可纺性及质量的影响,同时对国产复合纤维品种对无尘纸生产的稳定性和产品质量的影响进行了研究。试验结果表明:国产复合纤维的质量能够满足引进浆粕气流成网非织造布生产和产品质量要求,达到了以国代进的目标。The effects of composite ratio, composite structure and additives on spinnability and quality of fiber were studied with the PE/PP composite staple fiber production line and air- laid pulp non -woven production line were studied. Meanwhile, effects of domestic composite fiber variety on production stability and product quality were studied. Experimental result showed that the quality of domestic composite fiber could meet the demands of air - laid pulp non - woven production and product quality, which realized the aim of replacing exported products with domestic products.
