浙江省乐清市农村老年人艾滋病危险因素调查

摘　　要：目的了解浙江省乐清市老年人感染人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV,艾滋病病毒)的危险因素,为下一步采取控制措施提供科学依据。方法对乐清市报告的50岁以上HIV/获得性免疫缺陷综合征(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS,艾滋病)感染者(people live with HIV/AIDS,PLWHA)进行面对面的问卷调查访谈,收集PLWHA的人口学、高危行为及艾滋病知晓情况等信息,建立数据库进行分析。结果共调查91例老年PLWHA,男性65例,女性26例,平均年龄63.3岁,75.3%已婚者曾与配偶分居,72.3%的男性PLWHA承认有嫖娼行为,首次嫖娼年龄平均为58.1岁,其中>50岁的占80.9%,嫖娼中从未使用安全套占83.5%,每次性交易价格主要集中在50元以下,占80.9%,12.3%的男性PLWHA曾有过男男同性性行为。结论低档次嫖娼是老年人HIV感染的主要风险,同时老年男男同性性行为也不容忽视,急需制定针对性的老年HIV防控策略。Objective To understand the risk factors of HIV infection among the elderly in rural area in Yueqing, Zhejiang province, and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of AIDS. Methods Face to face interview was conducted among the 〉 50 years old people living with HIV/AIDS （PLWHA） reported in rural area of Yueqing to collect the information about their demographic characteristics, high risk behavior and AIDS knowledge awareness. The results were analyzed. Results A total of 91 PLWHA, including 65 males and 26 females, were interviewed, their average age was 63.3 years. Up to 75.3% the married once lived apart from their spouses and 72. 3% of the males had history of commercial sex, the average age to have first commercial sex was 58. 1 years. Among these males, 80. 9% were aged 〉 50 years, 83.5% never used condom at commercial sex, 80. 9% paid less than 50 yuan RMB for each commercial sex and 12. 3% had MSM behavior. Conclusion The low grade commercial sex was the major risk factor of HIV infection in these elderly people and MSM behavior was discovered among them. It is necessary to develop the HIV prevention and control strategy targeting the elderly.
