摘　　要：目的了解邯郸市峰峰矿区中小学教师健康状况,为制定健康干预提供依据。方法取受检者静脉血,采用全自动生化分析仪及配套试剂,彩色超声仪、心电图仪等进行检查。结果 2011年进行健康检查的教师共482名,异常检出率高达75.1%(362/482)。结论该矿区教师身体健状况较差,应加强三级预防保健,定期组织教师进行健康检查。[ Objective ] To understand the health status of primary and secondary school students in Fengfeng Mining Area of Handan City, and provide evidence for developing health intervention measures. [ Methods] The venous blood of the subject were collected for analysis by using automatic biochemical analyzer and ancillary reagents, color Doppler imaging, ECG instrument, etc. [ Results] A total of 482 teachers received health examination in 2011. The abnormal detection rate was up to 75.1% （362/482）. [ Conclusion] The physical health condition of teachers in mining area is poor. It is necessary to strengthen tertiary prevention and organize regular health checks for teachers.
