摘 要:目的 研究不同胎龄大鼠室旁核加压素能神经元加压素的分泌及发育中的变化 ,为研究加压素的生理功能提供发生学资料。方法 应用光镜技术和免疫细胞化学技术观察 1 0 d,1 4d,1 8d和 2 2 d胎鼠脑 HE染色切片和 PAP法切片中 AVP阳性细胞。应用图像分析仪检测各组胎鼠室旁核中 AVP阳性细胞的平均灰度值。结果 1 0 d组室旁核内无 AVP阳性细胞 ;1 4,1 8,2 2 d各组均有 AVP阳性细胞。但 1 4d组染色浅淡 ;图像分析仪检测 AVP阳性细胞平均灰度值表明1 4d与 1 8d组 ,1 8d与 2 2 d组间均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 随着胎龄的增加 ,胎鼠分泌血管加压素的能力逐渐增强。Objective To study the fetal age of the paraventricular nucleus to begin secrete vasopressin and the developmental changes of vasopressin secretion in fetal rats. Methods On pregnant day 10,14,18,22,the pregnant rats were killed and fetal rats' brains were removed and fixed in Bouin's fluid. AVP positive cells were observed by light microscope and immunocytochemistry technique in HE sections and PAP sections of the fetal rats' brains. The grey level of AVP positive cells was measured with luz EX-F image processor analysis. All the data were processed with statistics. Results There are AVP positive cells until pregnant day 14. The staining is light on 14 d. The results of image processor analysis indicate that the grey levels of AVP positive cells between 14 d and 18 d, and between 18 d and 22 d were significantly different statistically. Conclusion The ability to secrete AVP of vasopressin producing neurons increases gradullay with the fetal rats' development.
