α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病神经病变效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨α-硫辛酸治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的有效性和安全性。方法 2011—2012年,我院收治2型糖尿病周围神经病变病人38例,应用α-硫辛酸治疗14d,治疗前后对病人神经病变主觉症状问卷(TSS)进行评分。结果病人应用α-硫辛酸治疗后,TSS评分较治疗前改善,差异有显著性(t=17.41,P<0.01)。且未见明显不良反应。结论α-硫辛酸可明显改善2型糖尿病周围神经病变的症状,且无明显不良反应。Objective To evaluate the effect of α-lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic neuropathy and its safety. Methods During 2011-2012, 38 T2DM patients were treated for their diabetic perineuropathy in our hospital with α-lipoic acid for 14 days. A TSS questionnaire was employed to score their subjective symptoms-before and after therapy. Results After a-li- poic acid therapy, the TSS score showed the symptoms were greatly improved vs. before （t = 17.41, P d0.01）. No adverse reac- tions were noted. Conclusion α-lipoic acid can obviously improve the symptoms caused by T2DM neuropathy with no untoward reactions.
