多磺酸黏多糖加冰敷防治吉西他滨所致静脉炎效果

摘　　要：目的探讨多磺酸黏多糖(喜辽妥)外用加冰敷对吉西他滨所致静脉炎的防治作用。方法非小细胞肺癌初治病人80例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。实验组于输注吉西他滨前沿注射静脉走向外涂喜辽妥,输液结束后予冰袋冰敷,注射局部继续外涂喜辽妥2d,每日2次;对照组静脉输液后只予冰袋冰敷。观察并比较两组静脉炎发生率及严重程度。结果实验组静脉炎发生率为5%,对照组为20%,且实验组静脉炎程度较对照组轻,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.114,uc=4.145,P<0.05)。结论喜辽妥外用加冰敷可有效防治吉西他滨所致的静脉炎。Objective To evaluate the effect of external use of Hirudoid plus ice compress on phlebitis caused by Gemci- tabine. Methods Eighty patients with non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） were equally divided into two groups-experimental and control in random. For patients in experimental group, external applyment of Hirudoid was done along the vein line before IV Gemcitabine was given, and ice compress was offered upon completion of infusion, and Hirudoid was continued application at the site of injection, two times a day, for two days; for those in the control group, ice compress only after IV infusion. The incidence of phlebitis and its severity were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rates of phlebitis were 5% （2/40） in the experimental group, and that in the control, 20% （8/40）, the difference being significant （χ2=4.114,u,c = 4.145, P〈0.05）, and the severity of phlebitis in the experimental group was milder. Conclusion Hirudoid plus ice compress can effectively prevent and treat phlebitis induced hy Gemcitahine.
