摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对重症肌无力危象病人机械辅助通气治疗时间的影响。方法选择重症肌无力危象病人64例,随机分为两组,对照组26例病人给予常规治疗与护理,实验组38例病人在常规治疗与护理的基础上给予心理干预,比较两组机械辅助通气时间的长短。结果与对照组比较,实验组机械辅助通气时间缩短,差异有显著性(t=3.271,P<0.01)。结论心理干预可有效缩短重症肌无力危象病人机械辅助通气的时间。Objective To explore the effect of mental intervention on duration of assisted mechanical ventilation （AMV） in patients with myasthenic crisis （MC）. Methods Sixty-four MC patients were divided into control group （26 patients） and ex- perimental group （38 patients）. Patients in the control group received routine therapy and nursing, and those in the experimental group were offered mental intervention in addition to routine management as given to those in the control group. The duration of AMV was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the duration of AMV in the experi- mental group was shorter （t=3.271,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Metal intervention can effectively shorten the duration of assisted mechanical ventilation in patients with myasthenic crisis.
