难治性鼻出血病人鼻内镜治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下单极电凝治疗难治性鼻出血的效果。方法难治性鼻出血病人71例,鼻内镜下查找出血部位,应用带有吸引功能的单极电凝灼烧治疗鼻出血。结果 68例一次手术找到出血点并电凝治愈,治愈率95.8%。结论鼻内镜下单极电凝治疗难治性鼻出血是一种安全、经济、痛苦小、可推荐的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of nasal endoscopic monopolar coagulation （EMC） in the treatment of refractory epistaxis. Methods Seventy-one patients with refractory cpistaxis were treated with EMC of bleeding part. Results Bleeding points were identified and electric coagulation done, 68 （95.8%） patients were cured at the first treatment. Conclusion Nasal EMC is a recommendable therapy for refractory epistaxis, which is safe, economic, and little pain.
