摘　　要：报道了一种以2-巯基苯并咪唑和3-溴丙炔为原料,水作溶剂,氢氧化钠做碱,室温搅拌条件下合成苯并咪唑炔丙基硫醚的新方法.该方法具有反应条件温和、时间较短、后处理简单、产品纯度高、溶剂绿色环保等优点,收率高达93.1%.A new approach for synthesis of 2-（2-proynylthio）-benzimidazole, using 2-thiobenzimidazole and 3-bro- moprop-l-yne as starting materials, water as solvent and sodium hydroxide as alkaline at room temperature, is reported in this paper. The method has many advantages such as mild reaction conditions, short reaction time, simple work-up procedure, high purity products and environ-mental friendliness. The isolated yield is up to 93.1%.
