棉花轮纹病菌的稀土配合物类抑菌药物筛选

摘  要:为了筛选对棉花轮纹病菌(Alternariaspp.)有抑菌效果的稀土配合物,本研究采用了菌丝生长速率法,测定了5-氨基水杨酸和7类水杨酸稀土配合物对棉花轮纹病菌的的抑制作用.结果表明:抑菌效果基本上与药物浓度呈正相关.7种水杨酸类稀土配合物的对棉花轮纹病菌的抑菌效果均高于5-氨基水杨酸,铽复合物抑菌效果最好,最差的为镱复合物.不同含药平板上菌落直径有显著差异,在含药平板上棉花轮纹病菌的菌丝变粗、隔膜间隔距离较短,菌丝顶端呈钝圆形,呈现出明显的受抑状态.In order to screen the complexes of rare earth with salicylic acids on Alternaria spp. , the inhibiton of 5 amin osalicylic acid and seven complexes of rare earth with salicylic acids were measured with mycelial growth rate method. The re- suits indicated that the inhibition effect were positively correlated with tbeir concentrations. The seven lig^md and synthesized rare earth complexes shew better inhibition activities against 5-aminosalicylic acid. The complexes of Th wilh Salicylic Acids in- hibory effeet on the growlh of Ahernaria spp. was the best one. The complexes of Yb with Salicylic Acids effeel was the the worst. There were significant differences of colony diameter on different medicated medium plates. The hypha became thick, diaphragm distances were shorter anti the hyphae tip became blunt and round, showing obvious inhibition slate.
