摘　　要：7类SSTP(有总屏蔽的屏蔽双绞线)数据通信电缆的性能指标均与其绝缘单线的质量有关,这对7类缆的绝缘单线质量提出了较高的要求。结合长期的7类SSTP数据通信电缆的设计、生产经验,对皮—泡—皮绝缘单线及物理发泡挤出工艺参数的计算做了详细论述,相关内容可以作为7类缆皮—泡—皮绝缘单线生产时的依据与参考。The performance of Cat. 7 SSTP data communication cable is related to the quality of its insulation wire, which leads to the higher requirements for the quality of insulation wire. Combined with the experience in the design and production of Cat. 7 SSTP data communication cable for a long term, the calculation of the process parameters for skin-foam-skin insulation wire and physically foaming process are described in detail. The associated content can be used as the reference for the production of skin-foam-skin insulation wire of Cat. 7 SSTP data communication cable.
