摘　　要：介绍了离子氮化炉阴极结构的改造和应用,使用证明改造后的结构可靠,有利于防止阴极打弧,保证了离子氮化炉的正常工作,提高了产品质量。The cathode reformation and application of the ion nitriding furnace were introduced, through use proved that the structure is reliable, it is helpful to prevent cathode arc discharge and to ensure the normal work of the ion nitriding furnace after reformation, therefore the product quality was improved.
