摘 要:钢管矫直辊辊型曲线应该满足全接触理论,使矫直辊和钢管形成共轭曲线,达到最好的包络和矫直效果。介绍了设计计算这类共轭曲线较为常用的3种方法,包括:早期的人工绘图法,后来发展为利用计算机根据绘图方法确定辊型;计算机编程多重循环计算法,即在矫直辊轴线上某点作垂直截面,将其变为平面几何问题,通过计算机逐点计算,找到半径数值符合条件的点,再逐点完成设计;以及通过数学方法推导出计算矫直辊半径的函数关系式,直接进行设计计算的方法。上述方法使矫直辊辊型设计从理论到实施得到解决。The roll profile curves of the steel tube straightener has to comply with the full-contact principle, and thus conjugate curves forms between the roll and the pipe being straightened to ensure perfect enveloping and straightening result. Elaborated here in the paper are the following commonly-used three methods for calculation of the conjugate curves. The first is the manual plotting process as used at the early stage, and later developed as a computer-aided drawing process for determining the roll profile; The second is the computer-programmed multi- circulating calculation method which includes the steps namely, finding a certain point in the straightening roll axis, and making the perpendicular tangent plane at this point so as to turn the calculation into a plane geometry issue, conducting calculation point by point with the computer to identify the points with their radium values conforming to the conditions as required, and then conducting the design also in a point by point way. The last one is a method that requests first deducing the functional relation formula for calculating the straightening roll radium, and then making direct design calculation. Thanks to the above mentioned methods, main issues concerning design of the straightening roll profile have been solved theoretically and practically.
