摘  要:目的 对股骨转子间骨折的 5种治疗方法,进行生物力学研究和疗效评价。方法 采用人离体股骨 20具,制成转子间骨折模型,以瑞士动力髋螺钉、单臂外固定支架、麦氏鹅头钉、单纯斯氏针固定,经纵向及偏轴加载后测出各固定物抗弯及抗旋转强度。结果 动力髋螺钉固定稳定,承载最大,其次是支架、鹅头钉、斯氏针。此与力学实验结果相符。结论 对于手术适应证病人,应首选动力髋螺钉。对不能或不愿手术者,应选用单臂外固定支架。Objective To performe biomechanical study and analyse the clinical results of the five techniques in the treatment of intertro chanteric fracture.Method Twenty embalmed cadaveric femoral specimens were collected and made into the models of imtertrochanteric fractures .Each was fixed with one of the four techniques :(1)ynamic Hip Scres (DHS)made by Switzerland,(2)unilateral extenal fixator,(3)nail plate,(4)three Steinmann pins ,After vertical load and portrait delective axid load test we got the anti rotation stiffness and antibending stiffness Results DHS is the most stable technique of all, external fixator second ,and Steinmann pins was the poorest.The clinical effect was coincident with the result of the biomechanical test .Conclusion For the patients who can tolerate an operation ,the authors prefer the using of DHS.For the patients who cannot or will not receive an operation ,we prefer to use unilateral extemal fixator .
