摘 要:为了了解CMCPT 089-2实验室在塑料中总卤素成分测试技术水平,该实验室参加了富士康华南检测中心组织的PA塑料中总F、总Cl和总Br含量测定的实验室间比对。这次比对共有22家实验室参与,组织方推荐的检测方法为BS EN 14582:2007。通过对比对结果分析:该实验室参加的3项测试指标的稳健Z比分数均满足|Z|≤2,这表明该实验室的测量质量是可靠的;参与比对的22家实验室的结果满意率为86%;参加比对的绝大多数实验室都能够准确地检测塑料中总卤的含量。In order to evaluate the proficiency in testing halogens (F, C1, Br) in PA plastics a- mong laboratories, our laboratory (Lab Code, CMCPT089-2) take part in the interlaboratory comparisons of testing the contents of total F, C1 and Br in PA plastics. 22 laboratories take part in this interlaboratory comparison, which is organized by Foxconn CMC. BS EN 14582: 2007 Characterization of waste-Halogen and sulfur content-Oxygen combustion in closed system and determination methods is recommended in this activity. All robust statistics Z-score of 3 com- paring items submitted by our laboratory meets IZl~〈2, which means that the inspecting data were reliable. Statistics results show that 86 % participating laboratories have satisfactory re- sults. It is concluded that the majority of the participating laboratories are capable of accurately in- specting halogen (F, C1, Br) in PA plastics.
