摘　　要：通过对分布函数的分析变换,得到不同时刻失效概率的先验信息,进而得到不同时刻失效概率的Bayes估计;结合加权最小二乘法,可得到产品可靠性指标的Bayes估计。最后用实际的试验数据对数据处理方法的可行性进行了验证。Priori information of failure probability in the different moment is obtained by analysis and transformation of the distribution function, and thus the Bayes estimation of failure probability in different moment is obtained. Combined with the weighted least squares method, the Bayes estimation of product reliability index can be obtained. Finally, the feasibility of the method was verified via calculating the actual test data.
