摘　　要：介绍了基于PLC和触摸屏的柴油机机体清洗装备的技术方案、控制系统的组成和软件设计。该系统主要由西门子TP270触摸屏、西门子S7315、电源模块、输入模块和输出模块等构成,在实现生产管理自动化的同时,还可以满足生产过程实时监控。This paper introduces the technical proposal of diesel engine body cleaning equipment based on PLC and touch screen, the composition of the control system and the software design. The system is mainly composed of Siemens TP270 touch screen, Siemens S7315, power supply module, input module and output module, in the implementation of produetion management automation, it also realized the production process real-time monitoring.
