摘　　要：以Palmgren公式为理论基础,以弹簧原理推导滚柱导轨副无预加载荷和有预加载荷的刚度计算公式,对滚柱直线导轨副进行有限元分析,研究滑块受力变形对刚度的影响,并以LGR55滚柱导轨副为例进行计算和验证。Takes Palmgren formula as the theoretical basis, to calculate the rigidity when the roller linear guide under the pre-load or no pre-load with the spring principles. It makes the finite element analysis on the roller linear guide, studies the force effects of the rigidity when the deformation on the slide. As an example, calculated and verified LGR55 roller linear guide.
