摘　　要：CBB65A型交流电容器生产过程中要完成圆柱铝壳的滚槽与封口工艺,研制的交流电容器滚槽封口机,采用气动夹持装置,解决了体积较小的转盘式滚槽封口设备铝壳的夹持问题;采用旋压滚槽装置,既适合自动生产,又具有操作维护方便,通用性好等优点;增加了功能选择装置,不但减少了芯组或铝壳的浪费,还可以通过功能选择把机器具有多项功能。Production process of CBB65A type AC capacitor must complete roll groove and seal of cylindrical aluminum shell, the machine is developed, The system of pneumatic clamping is adopted, Solve the problem of aluminum clamping which machine with smaller and turntable.
