摘  要:使用扫描振动探针(SVP)与恒电位仪测量不同焊接电流条件下,等离子焊接的SUS304不锈钢焊缝在0.5 mol草酸溶液中的电化学腐蚀性能。试验结果显示,随焊接电流增加,焊缝变宽,焊接接头样品的宏观腐蚀电流升高,而焊接接头样品焊缝区域的局部腐蚀电流随之下降。表明随着焊接电流增加,焊接接头样品的宏观腐蚀量增加,而焊缝腐蚀深度相应减少。The electrochemical corrosion performance of the SUS304 plasma welding joint in oxalic acid solution was studied in this paper. Both the potentiostat and the scanning vibration probe (SVP) were used to obtain the macroscopic and localized current of the welding joint. The results showed that with the increase of the welding current, the width of the welding line increased, the corrosion current got higher and the localized current of the welding line got lower. That indicated that with the increase of the welding current, the total corrosion amount increased but the corrosion depth of the welding line decreased.
