摘 要:长链的串联谐振腔结构可构成慢光传输的光延时线色散补偿器件,能有效补偿光纤传输的色散,补偿光纤长距离传输造成的脉冲失真。从非线性薛定谔方程的数值解法出发,详细分析了长链微环谐振器的周期性波导结构的各种非线性效应。分析并得到了几个关键系数(二阶色散,三阶色散,非线性系数)对长链微环结构的影响,做出了工作模式分区图以及在不同光学参数下的长链微环谐振结构的传输特性。该分析方法对于半导体环形光延时线的结构设计以及性能优化具有一定的指导作用。Long chain series resonance cavity is suitable for transferring slow optical wave, which can be served as the basic device for optical delay line type dispersive compensatory device. The dispersive distortion caused by long fiber communication can be improved by that device. The optical delay characteristics of that new all-passed semiconductor micro-ring optical delay line is analyzed in detail. Nonlinear schroding equation should be used to completely explain the nonlinear characteristics of long chain micro-ring resonator waveguide structure. The numerical resolution is found to analyze such nonlinear effect. The effect caused by some key parameters (secondary and third level dispersive effect parameter, nonlinear parameter) is analyzed in detail, and function area figure is calculated. The time development of light transmission is also simulated. This analytical method can be served as an important tool for the design and optimization of semiconductor micro-ring optical delay line.
