摘  要:采用TEM研究了时效处理对一种新型Al-Li-Cu系合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:合金中的强化相主要有δ'相、T1相、θ'/θ″相、δ'/β'(Al3Zr)和T1/θ'相。随着时效时间的延长,首先析出大量θ″相和少量θ'相、δ'/β'相,35 h时θ″相减少,θ'相和δ'/β'相增加,37 h时主要为少量θ'相、T1/θ'相和大量T1相;随着时效温度的升高,首先析出大量δ'/β'相和少量θ″相、θ'相,143℃时以δ'、δ'/β'相和θ'相为主,148℃时主要为少量θ'相、T1/θ'相和大量T1相,合金的强度和塑性在143℃×35 h的时效条件下达到了较好的匹配。Effect of aging treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of a new type A1-Li-Cu alloy was investigated by using TEM analysis. The results show that the main strengthening phases in the alloy are θ', T1, 0'/0", δ'/β'(A13Zr) and Tl/0' phase. With aging time prolonging, a large amount of θ" and a small amount of θ', δ'/β'' phases precipitate first, and then the θ″ phase decreases but θ', δ'/β' phases increase for the alloy after aging at 143 ℃ for 35 h. A small amount of θ, T1/δ'/β'' and a large amount of T1 phases are the main phases in the sample for the alloy aged at 143 ℃ for 37 h. With the aging temperature increasing, a large amount of δ'/β' and a small amount of θ',θ″ phases precipitate first. 8', δ'/β' andθ″ phases are the main phases for the alloy aged at 143 ℃. A small amount of θ″, TI/0' and a large amount of T1 phases are the main phases when aged at 148 ℃. A good combination of the strength and plasticity is obtained for the alloy aged at 143 ℃ for 35 h.
