摘 要:以WC合金作为电极,氩气为保护气体,采用电火花沉积技术在40Cr钢表面沉积WC合金层,通过显微硬度计、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱分析(EDS),X射线衍射等测量方法,研究了40Cr钢表面电火花沉积WC层的显微硬度、表面状态、界面行为及相结构组成。结果表明,WC合金电火花沉积层存在微裂纹及气孔,主要由W、Fe6W6C、Fe3C和Cr23C6等相组成;沉积层显微硬度达820 HV,为基体的4.5倍;沉积层断面连续、致密,厚度为30μm;沉积层与基体之间发生了元素的相互扩散与合金化过程,呈冶金结合,无明显界面。WC coatings were deposited on the surface of 40Cr steel with electro-spark deposition by taking WC alloy as electrode and industrial pure argon as shielding. Microhardness, surface morphology, interface behavior, chemical composition and phase of the WC coatings were investigated by means of HV-10OOA microhardness instrument, JSM-5610LV scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, and X-ray diffraction. The results show that micro-cracks and voids exis in the deposited WC coatings on the surface of 40Cr steel and the phases of the coatings mainly consist of W, Fe6 W6 C, Fe3 C and Cr23 C6. Microhardness of the WC coating layer reaches 820 HV, is about 3.5 times higher than that of the 40Cr substrate. The deposition coating has a continuous and compact cross-section with the thickness of 30 μm. Mutual diffusion of elements and alloying process occur between the WC deposition coatings and the 40Cr substrate, the bonding is a metallurgical one and no obvious interface is observed.
