摘  要:目的探讨患者心外膜脂肪(EAT)体积在预测、评估冠心病中的价值。方法选取因胸痛行冠状动脉CTA检查的患者132例,据冠状动脉直径狭窄≥50%将患者分为冠心病组和非冠心病组;测定EAT含量,研究EAT体积与冠心病之间的相关性;对冠心病组患者的冠状动脉狭窄程度进行分层定量Gensini积分,研究EAT与冠状动脉病变程度之间的相关性。结果冠心病组(196cm3±64.23cm3)较非冠心病组(146.42cm3±58.72cm3)EAT体积明显增加(P〈0.01)。EAT与冠状动脉狭窄的Gensini积分呈显著正相关(相关系数0.051。P=0.04)。结论EAT、体积是冠心病的一个独立危险因素,在预测、评估冠心病病情中具有重要价值。Objective To study the value of epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) volume in prediction and diagnosis of the coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods 132 cases with chest pain underwent coronary artery CT angiography (CTA), and were divided into two groups:CHD group and non-CHD one, on the basis of the diameter stenosis of coronary artery ≥50% or not. The EAT volume was measured, and relationship between EAT and CHD was analyzed. Moreover, Gensini scores of stenotic extent in coronary artery were quantized hierarchically, and the correlation between EAT and severity of coronary lesions was also analyzed. Results It revealed that the EAT volume in CHD group [(196±64.23) cm3] was more than that in non-CHD group [(146.42±58.72) cm3] (P〈0.01). The positive correlation was found between EAT volume and Gensini score of coronary artery stenosis (r=0. 051, P= 0.04). Conclusion As an independent risk factor, EAT plays an important role in prediction and diagnosis of CHD.
