摘  要:对基于Android平台的铸字识别技术和系统进行技术探索和可行性研究,阐述了铸字形成和识别的概念;设计了识别系统的框架结构;并对铸字识别和Android平台开发系统以及程序设计等关键技术进行了研究。Android是开源的操作系统平台,主要使用于智能化手机等便携设备,利于车间现场数据的及时获取。铸字识别技术基于图像识别为文本的技术是实现快速、准确采集铸件信息等相关数据的有效手段。Technical and feasibility investigation of the typecasting identification technology and system based on Android platform were conducted. The concept of typeeasting's formation and identification was described, and the frame structure of identification system was designed. Meanwhile, some key technol- ogies including the typeeasting's identification, the development system and interface designation based on Andriod platform were developed . Android system as an open source operating system, is mainly used in intelligent mobile phone and other portable devices, which was beneficial for the timely access to data of the workshop. The typecasting's recognition technology that is also called the technology of iden- tifying image to text is an effective means of achieving the casting information and other relevant data lastly and accurately.
