摘  要:目的:探讨KCNA5基因单核苷酸多态性与特发性心房颤动(IAf)的相关性。方法:应用病例对照研究方法,收集IAf患者188例(IAf组),年龄性别相匹配的健康人200例(对照组),采用基因测序技术检测rs3741930与rs1056468单核苷酸多态位点在两组中的分布情况。结果:①IAf组rs3741930多态位点CC基因型频率显著高于对照组(P=0.028);②rs1056468多态位点在两组间基因型频率和等位基因频率的分布差异无统计学意义;③IAf组rs3741930和rs1056468的不同基因型患者BMI水平存在统计学差异(均P<0.05)。结论:KCNA5基因调控区单核苷酸多态位点rs3741930可能与中国人IAf的发生和发展有关,多态位点rs3741930和rs1056468可能对IAf患者的BMI产生影响。Objective:To investigate the association between KCNA5 gene polymorphisms and risk of idiopathic atrial fibrillation (IAf). Method: A ease-control method was performed, consisting of 188 patients with IAF (IAF group) and 200 age and gender matched healthy controls (control group). Gene sequencing methods were used to determine the distribution of allele and genotype frequencies of SNPs rs3741930 and rs1056468 on KCNA5 gene. Result:①Compared to control group, the frequency of CC genotype in rs3741930 polymorphisms was higher than that in IAf group (P=0. 028). ②There was no significant difference in the distribution of genotype and allele frequency in rs1056468 polymorphisms between the two groups. ③The different genotypes of rs3741930 and rs1056468 were associated with BMI (both P〈0.05). Conclusion: There is a obvious association between SNP rs3741930 on KCNA5 gene with IAf. SNPs rs3741930 and rs1056468 may effect on IAF patient's BMI.
