新型毒品急性中毒心肌损害及猝死的原因探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨新型毒品(苯丙胺类)急性中毒的临床症状、体征、实验室检查、治疗及导致猝死的原因。方法:对我科收治的20例苯丙胺类急性中毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析;并对我市20例因吸食苯丙胺类新型毒品猝死者尸检报告进行综合分析。结果:急性中毒患者均有心率增快及心电图异常,75%有血压升高。尸检发现猝死者心肌细胞均有明显改变。结论:苯丙胺类可导致心肌细胞严重损害,引起急性心力衰竭,甚至猝死。Objective：To study the clinical symptoms, signs, laboratory examination, treatment, and the cause of sudden death poisoned by the new drug （amphetamine-type）. Method：Twenty patients with acute drug poisoning in our hospital and 20 cases of sudden death because of new drugs were retrospectively analyzed. Result： All the patients with acute poisoning had increased heart rate and electrocardiographic abnormality, 75% had increased blood pressure. Autopsy showed that there were obvious changes in myocardial cells. Conclusion： Amphetaminetype drugs can lead to serious damage of myocardial cells, acute heart failure, even sudden death.
