摘　　要：报道一例妊娠晚期合并暴发性1型糖尿病病例，患者在妊娠期间出现急骤血糖升高、恶心、呕吐、腹痛等消化道症状需警惕暴发性1型糖尿病可能。[ Summary ] One case with fulminant type 1 diabetes during the third trimester of pregnancy was reported. If a patient manifests abrupt onset of hyperglycemia, nausea, vomiting, and bellyache during pregnancy or immediately after delivery, fulminant type 1 diabetes should be considered.
